           SOULFUL  PLAY

Soulful Play combines dynamic and playful activities with calmer, more mindful exercises which explore our vocal and physical range. These are playful sessions with an emphasis also on personal and social well-being.

The sessions have an overarching shape or flow. From a starting place of stillness and relaxation we move into gentle movement and connection; followed by a more dynamic and playful phase, before the calmer soulful ending.

 

The different elements of flow allow us opportunities for meditation, to play, to improvise, to move to music, be closer to nature, to laugh, be silent or be held.
